Caroline is originally from Maryland and grew up right outside of D.C. Her journey began with a passion for dance and pursued that through college. After graduation she moved to Manhattan. It was there, amidst the vibrant energy of the city, that she stumbled upon Fleischman, a men’s salon, and discovered another passion through men’s hair. This unexpected turn has led her to a fulfilling career where she blends creativity and precision, making every client look and feel their best.
