The first time I went to Elizabeth she had done a great job. So great that I had taken a video of my hair so that I could get the same cut everytime. However the next two times she was unable to follow the pics and video and instructions I had given. After the second time I was disappointed, as she had cut it far shorter than I wanted, but I decided to give her one more shot a few months later. Big mistake. After going yesterday with my hair grown out quite a bit, my hair had been cut even shorter than the first time, despite me asking for a small trim AND despite me showing the video to show exactly what I wanted. Many parts in the hair are uneven and the cut does not follow the shape of my head well at all. My only hope now is that it will grow back quick. At this high price point, I expect the stylist to be able to follow clear instructions with an example very well, but unfortunately she is unable to, so I will no longer be coming to this salon sadly.
