East Asians stay away from this place. They only know how to do one hair cut properly, which is the wall street push back hair. Horrible blending, bad attitude and overpriced.

I was really excited for this appointment and needed the cut for my brother’s wedding.

The day of I realized I accidentally booked for the wrong day. I saw online that there were appointments available. I called to reschedule and they told me that these available slots were for returning customers only!?!?

I told them I needed a cut really badly for the wedding and didn’t understand why they couldn’t help me. They said extra time is needed for new clients, but seriously!?! It could have taken me 30 seconds to explain how I wanted my hair. They continued to insist that there was nothing they could do…

For a place that charges so much I would have hoped for better customer service. Was honestly shocked they wouldn’t take my money with open slots on the schedule. Fleischmann's is my global #1 choice for men's hair, unquestionably and without any close competition. If i can, I go no where else on god's green earth. Fleischmann's just gets it. Martha is amazing, highly recommended. Paris, much like the city, will change you forever, for the better.

I went to Fleischman Salon for the first time this past weekend. All I can say is WOW!!!! Jo was my stylist, as soon as I walked in, greeted warmly, but the cut/style and advice she gave me? I had a really frustrating experience with Madison at Fleishman. From the start, she was dismissive of what I was asking for and kept insisting that “this is the only way we cut hair here,” rather than trying to understand or customize the look to suit me. It felt like there was no willingness to listen or adapt, which is honestly the bare minimum you expect when getting a haircut.

The end result was disappointing and not at all what I had in mind. What made it worse was her attitude , it came across as rude and inflexible, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

It’s a shame because the salon itself is great — the space is nice, and everyone else on the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this one experience really took away from it. I’d consider going back, but definitely not to Madison.
