Heather

Born and raised on Staten Island, Heather started her hair journey back in 2018. She attended Aveda Institute where she first discovered her love of cutting mens hair when her other classmates denied taking the mens clients! She took on the challenge and started learning how to cut shorter lengths then when everyone else preferred to practice with women’s cut and color. Little did she know was that sticking with mens cuts was going to be her main focus in her career. As her interest grew stronger and as she realized assisting at her last salon wasn’t the right fit; she attended American Barber Institute in 2021 where she learned to work with many more tools, styles and techniques. Finding Fleischman, A Men’s Salon was the perfect match for her. She always thrived with the scissors and was able to pick up Erica’s flow very quick. She pays attention to detail and knows how much hair has to do with your confidence so she always wants everyone to leave her chair feeling good!
